Sewing the Spaghetti Straps of certain design is easy, but try turning a tiny strap inside out, now that is the hardest part. Here I like to share with you this little trick that I pick up from a friend that use to work in a garment factory.
The width of the strap shown below is around 2.5 cm. After turning, is around 1/2 cm. With this method, you can make the strap tinier, but you have to be careful not to break the thread when you're turning it inside out.

Place a strand of folded thread inside the strip of cloth before sewing with the center loop sticking out (the folded thread must be a longer than the length of your strap).

After finish sewing, push the tip in a bit, and you can start pulling the thread from the other end, inside out. Pull it out slowly and be careful not to break the thread.

After you see the other end coming out, you're almost done.
